The rooms at Ensana Nove Lazne were cozy and comfortable, with a nice seating area to relax in after a busy day. The flat-screen TV with satellite channels added entertainment options during my stay.
Personally, I found the hairdryer in the private bathroom to be a bit underwhelming. However, I understand that others may still find it sufficient.

We traveled to this Czech spa town for a weekend getaway and had a wonderful time at Ensana. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the area, and the building itself is stunning. The room was elegantly decorated and had all the amenities we needed, including a heated towel rack and robes. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, and we loved relaxing in the Roman Baths and taking saunas in the evenings. a fantastic stay!
Do recommend this hotel.

We loved the high standard of cleanliness and the range of hotel facilities, which included a Roman Baths area and easy access to nearby hotels via a long gallery. The location was perfect - right across from the serene gardens in the heart of this town and close to the park. The breakfast was fabulous with plenty of healthy options. The staff were friendly and provided top-notch service.
Everything was spot on, we couldn't find any negative aspects.

The facilities were awesome! We enjoyed soaking in the warm Roman Baths and taking saunas in the evening. The breakfast buffet is a must-try, with lots of delicious options hot and cold, plus custom made omelettes. Another advantage of this hotel is its location, surrounded by nature and with stunning views. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our romantic escape wonderful.
Some staff members in the spa area were not helpful and a bit rude. We had booked a massage, but the masseur did not speak our language, which made us a little uncomfortable.

This hotel is perfectly located just across from the peaceful gardens that run up the spine of the town. Rooms are spacious, bathrooms are well-stocked with premium toiletries, breakfast is delicious with many choices. The hotel gallery to other hotels of Danubius network is a great advantage. The spa facilities and therapies are top-notch, with a wide range of treatments available.
The restaurant service can be slow at peak times.

My stay at this hotel was truly luxurious and exclusive. The Spa & wellness centre was divine, with a large indoor swimming pool and a steam room like no other. The sauna was modern and the Jacuzzi was extremely relaxing. The massages and beauty treatments were top-notch, and the manicure was flawless. The library was a peaceful spot to spend an afternoon. The room was spacious, with exclusive amenities and a private balcony. The breakfast was delicious, with special diet menus and in-room breakfast available. The location was very convenient.
The lack of leisure/ TV room, but it was not a significant issue.

The rooms at Ensana Nove Lazne were cozy and comfortable, with a seating area to relax after a long day and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels for entertainment. The private bathrooms were well-equipped with bathrobes, slippers, and complimentary toiletries. As a low-budget traveler, I felt like I was treated to a luxurious experience.
If I had to pick one thing I liked less, it would be the hairdryers in the bathrooms. They didn't work as well as I would have hoped, but that's just my personal opinion.

Spent my Xmas here and it was magical! Loved the snowy location and how close it was to the beautiful park. The in-room amenities were perfect - robes and slippers included! The breakfast spread was mouth-watering and the omelettes made to order were a highlight. One thing I really enjoyed was the Roman Baths - so relaxing and made my skin feel amazing.
The spa services were a letdown. I was really looking forward to a massage but it turned out to be a bad experience.

Wonderful historical property with fantastic amenities, friendly and helpful staff, amazing spa and thermal baths, best massage ever, fantastic overall experience.
Nothing, no complaints at all.
